What do we do?
Development Unlocked is a UK-registered private limited company set-up in 2024.
We provide consultancy services to unlock the potential within organisations in the International Development sector to grow. We support big, medium and small private sector organisations, consultancies and NGO’s across a range of donor clients, thematic areas and geographies to develop high quality winning proposals to secure funding through competitive tendering.
Our Business Development services include:
- Central Business Development Functions – Shaping and facilitating Business Development strategies, policies, systems and processes.
- Pre-Bid Roles – Pre-positioning, capture, design, research, analysis, pipeline development, partner assessments and alignment, feasibility assessments to inform ‘go’/ ‘no go’ decisions.
- Proposal Development Activities – Reviewing client Terms of Reference and supporting documents, ideation and debates to stimulate creative thinking, crafting solutions, telling a coherent story, Logframe/ Theory of Change and Results Frameworks, drafting technical responses to donor requirements, reviewing and critiquing technical and commercial drafts, assessing compliance requirements.
